Cutout animation is a form of stop motion that produces animations using flat characters, props and backgrounds cut from materials such as paper, card, stiff fabric or even photographs. Now, it is frequently produced using computers, with scanned images or vector graphics taking the place of physically cut materials.
Cutout animation is a great tool to engage students in learning other subjects. Students get loads of fun while learning how to work with each other to create their final product. |
