Q3.1 Should I change my password upon my first login?
Yes. To change your password, please follow the instructions below:

(1). Please navigate to My Account > Administration > Change Password

(2). Please Enter your current password and the new password (Min 8 characters)

Q3.2 Do I need to enter my personal email?
Yes. Our e-learning portal uses your personal e-mail whenever there is a request for a password reset.

Please follow the instructions below to enter your personal email.

(1). Please navigate to My Account > Administration > Update Personal Particulars

Q3.3 Where can I find my assignments?

Please navigate to Home > My Assignments > View My Assignments

Under My Assignments you would be able to see different types of assignment assigned.

Q3.4 Why do I see a white blank page every time I try to access my assignment?
You need to install Adobe Flash Player to access your assignments.

Q3.5 Why is my test submission not captured??

For Flash-based tests, the answers attempted are saved temporarily in your local machine until the test has been submitted. However, in the event the browser closes unexpectedly, the answers attempted might not be lost if the option of auto-clearing the browser cache has been set. It is recommended for you to remove such settings on the browser when you are using MC Online.

Below are the steps on how to check/change your browser’s settings.

Google Chrome
  1. Please go to your Chrome Browser and enter “chrome://settings/content”.
  2. Under Cookies, please select “Allow local data to be set (recommended).
  3. Click the Done button.
Mozilla Firefox
  1. Click on the menu icon and select Options to get started.
  2. Select Privacy icon and choose “Use custom settings for history”.
  3. Uncheck “Clear history when Firefox closes”.
  4. Click the Done button.
Internet Explorer
  1. Click on the gear icon and select Internet Options to get started.
  2. On the General tab, uncheck the “Delete browsing history on exit” option.
  3. Click the Apply and OK buttons.
