Remark : Administrative rights required to install Plugins

• Click on "System Check" link in MC Online portal.

• Internet Explorer Version will be displayed in System Check Summary.

• Click on "System Check" link in MC Online portal.

• Click on "Download" icon if the required plugins are not displayed with "Installed"icon .

• Click "Tools" and select "Internet Options".

• At the "Security" tab, select "Trusted sites" and click on "Sites" button.

• Type "*.lead.com.sg" in the text box. Uncheck "Requred server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone". Then click on "Add" button.

• Click on "Close" button. Then Click on "Custom level..." button in the "Security" tab.
• Select"Low" at the "Reset custom settings". Click on "OK" button and click on "OK" button to close the Internet Options.

You need set MC Online portal as trusted site to fix the problem.

There is a password retrieval system which allows you to retrieve your password. The steps are as follows:

• Click "Forget Password" icon found on the home page.

• Type in your name, login ID and school ID and click "Submit".

• Once done, the system will automatically send your password to the personal email account that you have specified in your profile.
